You are valued by Spy Agents and we are obliged to protect your privacy. All the personal data collected is to warrant efficient dispensation of your purchase. The information utilized by us is for communicating and recognizing the customer and their concerns. We assure that any personal information will not be given, sold, rented, or loaned to any third party, unless legally necessary or authorized to do so, by you.

Your information submitted through our website is secured both off-line and online since all sensitive information are protected and encrypted. Web browser becomes locked while you are on secure pages of our site.

Effective upon purchase date, a limited lifetime warranty is offered by Spy Agents for each product. Note that the warranty is non transferrable beyond the initial end user and Spy Agents’ agreement.

Spy Agents will restore or replace a product with a better or the same unit, at our discretion. Exclusive solutions we provide are repair and replacement of the damaged product.

Under the ensuing conditions, only will a credit be issued:

  • If within the 14 days of procurement, the unit is returned in original condition
  • If the unit is repairable, replaceable or unable to be upgraded
  • Or as we consider necessary

Unless returned within 10 working days upon item purchase, present market value applies for ANY issued credit - calculated from delivery date to RMA request date.

Please take note that a 20% restocking fee may be implemented on any return.

Credit will not be issued for any of these subsequent items:

  • Software
  • Any item that requires activation
  • Damaged products
  • Products for single use
  • Counter-surveillance detectors

If our regulations are being abused, as deemed by the company, Spy Agents has the right to refuse credit and replacement of a product. Situations like repeated returns for the same item or frequent information change may be included.

When the item is damaged through the following:

  • Inappropriate handling, disregard or failure to follow instructions provided for the operation of the product;
  • Calamities and external force uncontrollable by Spy Agents (i.e. flood, fire);
  • Any end-user repairs or opening of the item,

The warranty is void.

Typical wear and tear of the product is not included in the warranty coverage.

Missing item accessories will not be replaced if reported later than 48 hours of initial delivery.

Please troubleshoot items, by contacting our technical support at 770-694-6921, before handing over the product for return. If unable to successfully troubleshoot the item, please observe our return procedures as outlined below.

All merchandise returned must be contained in its initial packaging, in pristine condition, with all items that came included in the package (i.e. manuals, component, and cables). Product accessories, such as SC cards and batteries, should be returned with the factory seal still present. Incomplete product set returned will be shipped back to the customer and will not be reimbursed. The end-user is solely responsible for the return shipping fees.

Warranties and technical support exclusively apply only to Spy Agents’ products.

Proof of purchase may be required by us before servicing any product. Spy Agents reserve the right to refuse service for products that are believed to be purchased elsewhere and / or if our technical support service is abused (i.e. issues repeatedly brought up that was formerly resolved).

Any dealer that might purchase similar items from other supplier will not be catered images, support, manuals or description by Spy Agents.
